"Walled City" is inspired by Kowloon Walled City in Hong Kong. In what was once the most densely populated place on earth, a strong community arose despite political, economic, and urban instability.

"Walled City" was awarded a Gold Medal (top 0.3%) in the 2025 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
